We are a multi-service healthcare center located just off the 101 fwy in the heart of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley; nestled amongst vineyards and just 3.5 miles west of Solvang. Our history. After a decade as an established urgent care center known as Buellton Medical Clinic, the ownership of the practice was passed onto one of its health professionals in 2008, when it was renamed Buellton Medical Center. The practice expanded to include family and internal medicine, workman's compensation, pre-employment services-serving the needs of the Santa Ynez Valley community and beyond.

The center is currently in transition of ownership.  Dr. Srinivas Vuthoori will be the new owner of the clinic on September 1st, 2024.  He is a graduate of Columbia University and University of Arizona with 24 years of experience in providing hospital medicine / internal medicine and primary care services. He was the Chief of Medicine in Lompoc a few years ago so he is familiar with the area.

We accept most medical insurance plans. For our patients who are uninsured or struggling financially, our staff and billing office are always available during business hours to provide expert assistance with payment options or questions.
